We collect the following information: • Email address (at registration) • IP address and access logs • Session data (cookies) • Generation metadata (prompt hashes, timestamps) • Payment information (via payment processor; card numbers are not stored by us)
We use collected information to: • Manage accounts and deliver the Service • Detect and prevent abuse and illegal content • Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from competent authorities • Improve the Service through aggregated analytics • Process payments and maintain billing records
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it: • In response to lawful demands (warrants, court orders) • To report illegal activity (e.g., minor content) to competent authorities • With service providers necessary to operate the Service • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
Account data is retained for 30 days after deletion. Legal records (consent logs, audit trails) are kept for up to 7 years. Generated content is deleted 90 days after creation, except published content.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/AES-256) to protect your data. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Forensic watermarks in all content allow us to trace unauthorized distribution.
Regardless of where you live, you may: • Request access to personal data we hold • Request correction or deletion of your data • Request data portability • Withdraw consent for specific processing If you reside in the EU or UK, you may additionally exercise the rights granted under the GDPR. If you reside in California, you may exercise the rights granted under the CCPA / CPRA (including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — note that we do not sell your personal information). To operate the Service we may process your data on servers located outside your country of residence. When we do, we protect it with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
We use cookies solely for session management (age verification, login state, security). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
